And now, you have been summoned to his Star Chamber for the weekend to help save the world from The Change.
You arrive at Castle Ivar in the Hollywood Hills believing you are among a select group who have remained grounded and human enough to lead a world that may be losing its humanity forever.
Ivar intends to choose those worthy of inheriting his resources—and the responsibility of leading what comes next.
But there is one problem.
You were summoned because you have not changed.
But then again… would you know?
Over two and a half days, you will enter a cinematic world in which you don't simply discuss leadership under pressure.
You live it.
You will receive a character, a motive, and a secret. You will make decisions without knowing everything. Trust people you may not understand. Question what you're seeing in others—and eventually, what you're seeing in yourself.
And underneath it all is the Enneagram.
Every character and every challenge is intentionally designed to surface the instincts and patterns you actually rely on when the stakes become real.
Because knowing your type is one thing.
Knowing what happens to you under pressure is another.
What do you notice?
Who do you trust?
What do you hide?
What do you control?

By Sunday morning, the game ends.
The masks come off.
